The site introduces GNIST and its services; it is not a binding offer or advice. The examples shown illustrate the kind of work we do and are not client projects. We aim to keep the content accurate, but it may change without notice.
03Services under separate agreements
We provide our services under written agreements with each client that set the scope, price, responsibilities and ownership rights. Using the site or writing to us does not by itself create a contract.
04Confidential information
Please don’t send confidential or sensitive information in a first message. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before any detailed discussion; until then, what you send is not confidential under a contract.
05Intellectual property
The GNIST name and logo, and the site’s design, text, images, films and code, are owned by or licensed to GNIST Group. You may browse the site and share links to it; copying its content or using the name or logo for any other purpose needs our written permission.
06Acceptable use
You may not:
- Try to break into or disrupt the site, or test it for vulnerabilities without our permission.
- Collect its content automatically in a way that burdens it.
- Impersonate GNIST or anyone on its team.
- Use the site for anything unlawful.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett) has jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the laws of your country.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest update; continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept the updated version.
